For our company SOGELEC operating in the construction sector (Study and electrical installation), located in Grand Tunis, and which employs nearly 150 people, we are recruiting a SITE QSE Technician whose missions will be:

Mission

SITE QSE Technician

Stains:

Ensure application of the integrated QSE system requirements on site
Define priorities according to Projects
Participate in the development of the control plan according to deadlines, means and resources
Follow control plans
Carry out internal QSE visits
Ensure compliance with the control schedule, periodically check progress and react in the event of deviation
Study new investments or modifications to quality control equipment
control the application and follow CGP procedures and security rules
Check the application of the documentary system (stock sheet/site journal, etc.)
Manage non-conformities and decide what action to take
Write control reports and manage customer complaints
Apply customer change/modification control through the PV to improve their monitoring
Ensure the application of legal, regulatory and conventional requirements in terms of QSE
Participate in the identification of hazards and risk assessment on different construction sites
Participate in the analysis of accidents and incidents
Ensure awareness-raising actions regarding QSE
Develop/promote QSE culture
Participate in the development of QSE instructions and the prevention plan
Ensure environmental protection

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering “BAC+3”

One year experience in project management

Have in-depth knowledge of electrical installation standards and electrical equipment

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 45001 standards

Knowledge of QSE management principles Frequent travel to site

Qualities

Taste for field work

Organization and sense of communication

Organized, rigorous, punctual, disciplined.
